Jill Blake grew up in a middle class rural area in Michigan and Florida. She experienced the negative impact of ethnic prejudice at an early age. Having seen the injustice of that prejudice she strives to show the beauty of a culture. How we are all the same and that our differences are what make us special.

Jill’s objective is to capture the essence of a moment so that it may be revisited and the experience shared with others. Jill has traveled to Africa, Australia, New Zealand, Vietnam, Thailand, Cambodia, Laos, Germany, Canada and extensively throughout our beautiful fifty states. Realizing every destination has something special to offer Jill’s challenge is to communicate this through her photography.
